As an internationally acclaimed business school ranked the best educational experience in the world 8 years in a row by The Economist, The Darden School of Business looked to Bantam to realign their brand standards with their digital strategy and social media content.

PHASE ONE | STRATEGY & PLANNING

Bantam lead a comprehensive digital communications audit to identify Darden's highest performing channels, content categories and audience segments. We then made a plan to boost social engagement and strengthen brand voice by integrating improved graphic design, animations, opportunity days, and paid media.

PHASE TWO | EXECUTION

Bantam functioned as an embedded part of Darden's internal marketing team to deliver a custom monthly workflow. Weekly meetings and phone calls were complemented by specialized technology solutions to ensure smooth, consistent, and high-performing social media.

CLIENT OBJECTIVE
Rebecca's Natural Food is a local, Charlottesville-based food and grocery retailer that sources an incredible selection of organic, natural, alternative, and otherwise hard-to-find items. They have been in business with just one store in Charlottesville since 1987, and they wanted to harness the power of social media to reach new customers and drive foot traffic to their store.

Straight Virginia Bourbon

CLIENT OBJECTIVE
Ragged Branch is a farm-to-bottle Virginia bourbon distillery. With a window-lit tasting room, Blue Ridge Mountain views and copper bourbon stills, this distillery had all of the makings for beautiful social media content. Open since 2017, Ragged Branch was looking to increase awareness of their bourbon, beef and beautiful location by harnessing the power of ongoing social media.

PHASE ONE | STRATEGY & PLANNING
Bantam spent hours tasting and understanding ragged Branch Bourbon and beef before producing a content, paid media, and growth strategy for their Facebook and Instagram channels.

 

PHASE TWO | EXECUTION
Bantam now executes Ragged Branch’s ongoing social media content and paid media management while producing fresh, new photography on the farm through quarterly photoshoots. This strategic mix of seasonal photography and targeted advertising has delivered measurable results in the form of increased traffic to their farm, many of whom discovered them via their social media channels.
