Kate has cultivated a love of writing and photography throughout her lifetime, starting at a very young age with a voracious reading appetite and an urge to create. She has been a staff writer and competition photographer for the leading international equestrian news site, Eventing Nation, since 2013. Her ability to write formally for current events or press releases combined with her flair for the more personal side of blogging make her a valuable asset to the team.
Kate currently writes for several different publications on a freelance basis alongside her continued involvement with EN and offers her photography services as an added bonus to her clients. Kate's friendship with Bantam Social Media Founder, Natasha Kalergis, spans well over twenty years and promises to continue in the same vein for many more to come. In her free time, Kate enjoys baking sourdough bread, binge-watching Netflix series, and creating absurdly elaborate pie crusts.
